General Information

When should I start looking for my wedding dress?

It is never too soon to start searching for your perfect gown. We recommend ordering 6-10 months prior to your wedding date. Refer to product pages for estimated ship dates.

What if I need my dress sooner?

We will offer a rush delivery at an additional charge.

  1. For rush delivery, you can receive your dress in 15-20 days, however, you need to pay addtional $15 for rush delivery.
  2. For super rush delivery,youcan receive your dress in 10-14 days, you need to pay addtional $25 for rush delivery.

How do I order fabric?

Fabric can be ordered from our Sales Department at an additional charge. Please note that fabric is cut from a different bolt of fabric, which may result in a slight dye lot variation from your dress. Fabric generally takes 10 days to ship.

How long does it take for my merchandise to arrive?

Normally, you can receive your dress within 30 days after you place your order, if you are in urgent need, you can place rush order.please Refer to product pages for estimated ship dates.

Why is my normal dress size different than the your recommended dress size?

Wedding apparel is typically sized different from normal retail clothing, so it is not uncommon to find yourself requiring bridal apparel one or more sizes larger than your normal dress size. Most gowns average 2 sizes larger than your normal dress size.Designer’s size charts vary greatly so it is important you review our size chart and our Measurement Guide.

Do you price match?

We don’t match online or offline competitor’s prices. We strive to maintain highly competitive prices and superior service. We do not add on charges such as insurance and other hidden fees. Free shipping is often available on most orders.

Can I receive catalogs?

We do not have catalogues. Our prices are so competitive precisely because we do not invest large amounts of money in expensive catalogs, and we pass those savings along to you. It would increase our prices significantly if we printed catalogues. Withour liberal return policy there is nothing to fear.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Should you need to return an item, we’ll exchange it or credit you with purchase price .Please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special conditionsapply. Conditions for Return and Credit:

  1. Returned merchandise must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged – and must have the tags intact and still attached. If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
  2. Returns will not be accepted after your wedding or prom date.

Shipping Responsibility

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to us.

Obtaining a RA number

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #. RMA Numbers will expire after 7 days, and the item will not be acceptedif it is returned after that time. Your RMA confirmation will include the address where you should ship your return.

Online Orders and Returns

Can bridesmaids place their order separately through your web site?

Bridesmaid can be ordered separately, however to match multiple bridesmaid dress colors, you must order the same style and color dress and order them all together. For example, if you have 5 bridesmaids in your wedding party, select the style of dress,size and any other ordering information for each bridesmaid. Once all the dresses are in your shopping cart, follow the checkout instructions until your order is complete. If each bridesmaid dress is ordered separately, the designer cannot guarantee adye lot match.

What measurements do I need to order a dress?

To select a size on our size chart, you need your bust, waist, hip,hollow to hem and height measurement (Include your heel height). These measurements should be taken wearing undergarments to get a more exact measurement. We highly recommend gettingyour measurements taken by a professional. Refer to our Measurement Guide for details on how to measure.

Will the colors online be an exact match to the dress?

Online images of product colors and actual dress and swatch color vary due to display and monitor settings. To match multiple bridesmaid dresses, you must order the same style and color dress and order them all together. See our How To Order sectionfor details.

How to pay?

We currently accept all major Credit Card over the internet. You do not have to have a Credit Card to pay over the internet. We also accept Money Orders, Money Gram, Western Union and Wire Transfers

How is my online merchandise shipped?

Your package will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, United States Post Office, or Spee-Dee depending which carrier is the most efficient and cost effective to your address. Signature is required for your package to be delivered therefore we strongly recommendusing a ship to address that has a receiving person to sign for the package. When the package leaves our shipping department, you will be e-mailed the carrier’s name, tracking number and the date it was shipped from us. To receive thepackage in a timely manner, we suggest using a work address or residence where someone can sign for the package.

Can I have my bridesmaid dresses sent to more than one address?

For bridesmaid orders, we highly suggest shipping the entire order to the bride, where she can inspect the merchandise for proper style, color, sizes, etc., so concerns, if any, can be addressed within 5 days of receipt.
If you choose to ship merchandise to an individual attendant(s),we surely can ship your bridesmaid dresses to more than one address

SURE, if you order more than 3 dresses in one order, we will give you some discounts. The rate of your discount varies depending on the quantity of your order and the promotion we offer at the time of your purchase and the amount of total discount willbe calculated at the check out point. How will I know my order is accepted and when will my merchandise ship to me?

We will be notifying you throughout the ordering process. You will receive a confirmation email when your order/payment is submitted. we will email you with a tracking number and ship date when your merchandise is en route to you!

How is the dress shipped?

We will be sending you the dress the same way we send it to a bridal shop, inside-out (to protect the beading), in a box wrapped in a plastic bag to protect it from water and dirt. After your alterations are complete and before the wedding, you willneed to send your dress to be professionally steamed or pressed. Do not try to compare the dress to the ones already pressed; it is like trying to compare wrinkled clothes to the professionally dry cleaned ones.

Where can I try on your dresses?

The reason that our prices are so low is because we do not have the overhead of a bridal shop. We are mainly online, that is the reason we have great prices. These are the same dresses that you would find in local bridal shops. Please remember to checkour return policy, you can get your money back or exchange your dress if you are not completely satisfied.
